MCCC Club Motto:

'The Purpose of the MCCC shall be to promote, foster, and encourage all activities toward the collection, restoration, preservation, and appreciation of all Chevrolets produced from 1955 - 1972, and to better facilitate the exchange of information and ideas regarding these automobiles.'

The Memphis Classic Chevy Club was originally founded for enthusiasts of "Tri-Five" Chevys in 1976. Eventually, the club expanded it's scope to include Chevrolets manufactured through model year 1972. Today, the club is open to any and all automotive enthusiasts who share an interest in preserving these classic Chevrolets whether they be modified or original. Ownership of a classic Chevy is not a prerequisite, but enthusiasm is.

We are a chapter club of Classic Chevy International, and the Late Great Chevrolet Association. In 2005 the Late Great Chevys of Memphis merged with the Memphis Classic Chevys and created a diverse group of Chevrolet enthusiasts that share a common interest in these timeless classics. Our activities are geared toward having fun with our cars, and include an annual Fun Run, and a fund raising effort to benefit a local charitable organization.

·         The Memphis Classic Chevy Club was founded originally for enthusiasts of the 1955, 1956 and 1957 Chevrolets.  These Tri-Fives are widely regarded as the front runners of the current classic car hobby.

·

The club has expanded its scope several times over the years.  We now accept members who own various models of Chevrolets.

·

Some members exhibit brands other than Chevrolets and some have no classic car at all.

·

Everyone shares a healthy enthusiasm for all these glory cars from days gone by.

·

Dues for club membership is $25 annually.  If you think you fit in our group, consider joining our club.  Attend one of our meetings and see if you like us.

·

Much of the revenue raised during a year is donated to charitable organizations.

·

At the hub of it all is fun, fun, fun with our classic cars.
